Dinita James Spoke at the State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention

On June 21st, Dinita James participated on a panel for the State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention titled, “Emerging Trends in Labor & Employment Law”. Dinita discussed the emerging trends in both enforcing and defending against non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. A mock argument regarding the enforcement of such agreements was also conducted.
