Gonzalez, Saggio and Harlan, L.L.C. was named co-underwriters counsel as part of an all-minority underwriting team for the City of Chicago’s $770 million of new-money and refunding general obligation bonds in a transaction that marks the city’s first use of federal stimulus bonding programs.
