GSH is pleased to welcome David Kim as Intellectual Property & Technology Group Senior Counsel. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney who works closely with his clients through various phases of product design and development to ensure strategic intellectual property protection of their products and services. Mr. Kim guides inventors and in-house counsel during the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and analyzes invention disclosures, prototypes, and commercially-available products to render attorney assessments and opinions on patentability, trademark selection, freedom-to-operate, and infringement issues.
