GSH Welcomes Deirdre C. Elliott

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan is pleased to welcome Deirdre C. Elliott as Senior Counsel in Milwaukee with the Corporate & Transactional Group. Prior to joining GSH, she was in house at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where she prepared and negotiated contracts of all varieties, including but not limited to, master services agreements, master supply agreements, professional services agreements, leases, capital equipment purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements, supplier transition agreements, licensing agreements, joint marketing agreements, and consulting agreements, along with all types of agreements for the Harley-Davidson Museum. Ms. Elliott also served as a member of the senior leadership group of Badger Meter, Inc. as Vice President-Corporate Counsel and Secretary.
