GSH Welcomes James Barta, Jr. to the IP & Technology Group

GSH is pleased to welcome James J. Barta, Jr. as a Partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group. Mr. Barta is a registered U.S. patent attorney and has provided IP counseling through the various stages of product design and development for numerous organizations including Fortune 500 corporations. Working in the computer technology industry, Mr. Barta guides in-house counsel and inventors during the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. His experience includes a wide array of technology, involving software, operating systems, networking, and hardware. More specifically, he has worked with inventors on mobile device software and hardware, gaming, image processing, process controls, computer resource management, biomedical devices, and advanced research topics.
