Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan is pleased to welcome Sherman Helenese as Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group. Mr. Helenese’s practice focuses on licensing, technology transactions, and regulatory matters associated with intellectual property. He provides strategic business and legal advice to clients and has experience with content and software licensing; joint development projects; license program development; complex intellectual property transactions; outsourcing; internet services; e-commerce; cloud services (SAAS); software customization; software development; VAR/OEM agreements; and procurement of hardware, software, and related professional services. He handles intellectual property due diligence and licensing matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He also assists clients with privacy, anti-trust, trademark, and general regulatory matters associated with the use, procurement, and licensing of intellectual property.
