GSH Welcomes Thomas J. Ludan

GSH is pleased to welcome Thomas J. Ludan to the Firm’s Milwaukee office as Staff Attorney in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group. His experience includes work as a contract attorney for a large medical facility, ensuring employee benefit plan compliance with regulatory standards. He has also developed a working knowledge of Intellectual Property law, contributing to “Law of the Game”, a blog covering Intellectual Property issues as they pertain to video games, including trademark infringement, trade dress, “passing off,” copyright infringement, “fair use,” and piracy.
