Jennifer Pflug Murphy presented on the topic of Capital Campaigns and Tax-Exempt Financing at the 17th Annual Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority (WHEFA) Workshop on March 17, 2014 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Nearly 200 people attended the WHEFA Workshop, which provided the latest information on issues affecting access to capital finance and ongoing financial operations.
