Joseph M. Fasi II recently spoke at the winter meeting of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Fasi moderated a discussion, “Preemption is not dead…yet” for the Drug, Device & Biotechnology Section. He also spoke during the Plenary session, as part of a panel discussion on “Diversity in a Downturn – Keeping Your Diverse Attorneys through Tough Economic Times”. As part of the Premises Liability and Products Liability section, Mr. Fasi spoke on “The Sophisticated User Defense in Product Liability and Premises Liability Cases”.
