LerVal Elva Elected to Board

LerVal Elva was recently elected to the Tremont West Development Corporation’s Board of Directors for the 2013-2015 term. Tremont West Development Corporation is a non-profit organization serving the Tremont neighborhood, located directly south of downtown Cleveland across the Cuyahoga River.
