Serena Pollack to speak at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Annual CLE

Serena Pollack has been invited by the Philadelphia Bar Association to speak at their annual CLE on December 18, 2012, about issues facing the restaurant industry. She will specifically be discussing recent changes that the USDA and FDA have made to labeling and how it affects both menu selection/description and consumers.
