Brian A. Price
 
Brian A. Price received a B.A. in Speech, graduating summa cum laude with a double major in interpersonal communication and political science, from Marquette University. He also received a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, graduating cum laude. During his last semester of law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable John L. Coffey of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louis J. Ceci of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Mr. Price has practiced employment and public accommodations law for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in employment discrimination litigation, including state and federal appellate practice.
Mr. Price has also defended employee benefit plans against claims for denial of benefits, and represented companies in cases of alleged public accommodations discrimination. In addition, Mr. Price has counseled clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as discipline and discharge and accommodating disabilities. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin as well as the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
