Dana Cephas Joins GSH’s Employment Group

GSH is pleased to announce that Dana Cephas has joined the Employment Group in the Firm’s Pasadena’s office. He has extensive experience in providing human resource and counseling advice to employers. Mr. Cephas has defended employers in individual and class actions alleging race, age, disability, sexual orientation and sex discrimination, as well as wage & hour actions.

He has successfully tried several employment-related matters and has represented employers before administrative agencies including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. In addition to nearly twenty years of labor and employment experience, Mr. Cephas spent three years as a Deputy Federal Public Defender in the Central District of California.
