Neifor B. Acosta received a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Mr. Acosta has negotiated, drafted and assisted in the enforcement of terms in transactional documents for real estate and business purchases and divestitures. Mr. Acosta provides compliance counseling and advice on environmental contractual rights against third parties and defense of government and third party actions against businesses. Mr. Acosta is admitted to practice in Wisconsin State courts and the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. His professional memberships include the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association (Board Member and 2005 President), Milwaukee Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Thomas E. Fairchild American Inns of Court (Milwaukee Chapter) and the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (Board Member and Treasurer). Mr. Acosta is fluent in Spanish.
