as we seek to identify and provide solutions to issues
confronting our clients.

clients avoid being named in a lawsuit directed at
an industry. We have engaged local aldermanic members,
mayors of the major municipalities, as well as other
stakeholders of interest. We have also lobbied national
minority organizations, including the NAACP, the Urban
League, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and
La Raza to help resolve and lobby complex issues that
are relevant to those organizations, as well as directly
relevant to a constituent client
In addition, we have worked to avoid potential catastrophic
employment situations that disproportionately affect
minority employees by assisting companies in communicating
with minority stakeholder organizations and government
leaders to prevent employment disputes. As one of
the largest minority-owned law firms in the nation,
our network includes many major urban areas, as well
as state governments. We also have relationships that
enable us to be on top of or ahead of the trends and
changing government regulations.
