Nancy
Allf received a B.A. in French from Transylvania
University in Lexington, Kentucky and a J.D. from Salmon
P. Chase College of Law Northern Kentucky University.
She has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation,
business law, and bankruptcy for the past twenty-three
years. Ms. Allf is the current President of the State
Bar of Nevada. Her professional memberships include
the American Bar Association, National Conference of
Bar Presidents, American Bankruptcy Institute, Clark
County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Honorable
Order of Kentucky Colonels, Outstanding Lawyers of America,
the Social Register of Las Vegas, Southern Nevada Association
of Bankruptcy Attorneys, and Southern Nevada Association
of Women Attorneys. Ms. Allf has received several awards
throughout her prominent career. In 2003, she was honored
as outstanding Lawyer and an Outstanding Young Woman
of America. She received the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce
Community Achievement Award in the Professional Category
in 2001 and has been listed in Who’s Who in Business
by In Business magazine each year since 2001. Ms. Allf
is admitted to practice in Nevada; U.S. District Court,
District of Nevada; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit;
