Jack E. Bradley is a registered patent agent, specializing in patent analysis, preparation, and prosecution. Prior to joining Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, Mr. Bradley worked in the Patent Group at Microsoft Corporation for over 13 years. While at Microsoft, he worked on the Patent Analysis Team, with responsibilities including analyzing and classifying thousands of patent assets for Microsoft. Earlier on, Mr. Bradley was responsible for helping to secure IP protection for many of the groups in Microsoft Research. For several years, he taught patent law classes to staff members within the legal department at Microsoft.
Mr. Bradley’s experience also includes more than two years as a patent agent at Turocy & Watson, LLP, focusing on patent analysis and prosecution. He performed patent landscaping projects, product clearance analyses, patent sales, acquisition and licensing due diligence work, and drafted more than two hundred Office Action responses.
Mr. Bradley is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1991.
