Herbert S. Bratt received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Yale University. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and New York. He has served on three occasions as a Special master for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He was a Court Commissioner for the Circuit Court of Milwaukee County and was a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He also serves on the commercial panel of the AAA, as well as the arbitration panels of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) NFA. Mr. Bratt's professional memberships include the American Bar Association, American Judicature Society, State Bar of Wisconsin, New York Bar Association and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Prior to joining Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan, L.L.P., Mr. Bratt was a sole practitioner concentrating in the areas of commercial real estate, small business law and probate.
