Maral I. Gasparian earned her B.A. in English Literature from UCLA and her J.D. from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California. She is experienced in contract claims, lemon law, commercial litigation, and tort claims. Her practice includes representing Fortune 500 and medium sized companies and public entities in contract and tort claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gasparian was an associate at Atkins & Evans LLP, where she was responsible for litigating and managing lemon law litigation for the firm. She has also worked as in-house counsel for a large corporation and as the administrative director of a non-profit organization, which built federally funded multi-million dollar housing projects.
Ms. Gasparian has enjoyed a well-rounded career having worked in various areas of law, including insurance defense litigation, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, claim and delivery, business and commercial litigation, construction defect, and appellate work. She has handled several jury trials and has argued cases before the California Court of Appeal. Ms. Gasparian was appellate counsel in the case of Haworth v. Lira (1991) 232 Cal. App. 3d 1362.
Ms. Gasparian is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9 th Circuit. LITIGATION
