Diana F. Grilli earned a B.A. in Theater Arts and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design from UCLA. She received her J.D. from Southwestern University in Los Angeles. Ms. Grilli represents Fortune 500 and medium sized companies and public entities in contract and tort claims. She provides day-to-day advice to management regarding lemon law and malpractice-related issues. Ms. Grilli’s litigation experience also includes personal injury, governmental liability, and mediation. She has tried many Superior and Limited Jurisdiction Court cases and has disposed of numerous cases by summary judgment.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grilli was Lead Senior Associate at Atkins & Evans LLP, where she was responsible for litigating and managing malpractice and lemon law litigation in the firm. She was also a partner at Berger, Kahn, Shafton, Moss, Figler, Simon & Gladstone and was Senior Staff Counsel to Fireman's Fund and Allstate Insurance. At Berger, Kahn, Ms. Grilli developed a specialty defending suspicious /fraudulent first party and third party claims.
Ms. Grilli is a temporary judge, a member of the Southern California Defense Counsel, and a volunteer for the Los Angeles County Library and she teaches adult literacy classes. Ms. Grilli is admitted to practice in California. LITIGATION
