Philip S. Holloway received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Holloway’s practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law and ERISA litigation. He has successfully defended numerous actions under Title VII and ERISA in both the federal district courts and before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Holloway also practices in the areas of insurance defense and contract litigation in both the Illinois state courts and the federal district courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
