Jennifer Pflug Murphy received her B.A. with a minor in business administration from Marquette University and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Ms. Murphy has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, bank counsel and borrower's counsel in various tax-exempt and taxable bond financings. Ms. Murphy provides advice and counsel to private and public entities on major development/construction projects including property acquisition, condemnation, environmental, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, MBE/WBE Initiatives, zoning, special use permits and other governmental approvals. Her experience also includes representing clients in secured transactions, multi-million dollar real estate transactions, preparation of commercial leases and negotiation of various contracts. Her professional memberships have included the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Federation of Environmental Technologists and the Association of Women in Metal Industries Wisconsin Chapter of which she is the Chapter Attorney. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is conversant in Spanish. Ms. Murphy is a partner of the firm.
