Bethany C. McCurdy received a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCurdy was an employment law associate with a boutique firm located in Milwaukee. Her experience includes advising and defending both public and private sector clients in multiple aspects of state and federal employment law including discrimination, family and medical leave, wage and hour matters, employee benefits and worker's compensation. She has conducted seminars and training for both management and employees and has been a featured speaker for a variety of seminars on employment law including state and federal family and medical leave, fair employment practices, wage and hour matters, worker's compensation and employee privacy issues.
