Ms. Minkel-Dumit received a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in International Studies, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School , where she was a Thomas More Scholar and a member of the Moot Court Board and the Pro Bono Society. While in law school, Ms. Minkel-Dumit also served as Co-President of the Environmental Law Society, received a CALI Award in Environmental Law, and was a Semi-Finalist at the 2008 Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition. She is proficient in Spanish and French.
Ms. Minkel-Dumit gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Midwest Environmental Advocates.
