Angela T. Nakamura received her B.B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and International Business, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. She earned her J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Nakamura’s litigation practice includes real estate and insurance defense, including taking a case from the initial client meeting through discovery and trial. Her litigation experience includes all areas of construction defect and real estate law, including but not limited to litigating breach of contract cases, defense of mortgage brokers, defense of real estate brokers, and reviewing lease agreements.
Ms. Nakamura also has experience with bankruptcy and business immigration. During law school, she served as an extern in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Her business immigration experience includes the preparation of H1B, L1, E2, EB1/2, and permanent residency applications.
