Alejandro Valle received a B.A. in Spanish, with a minor in History, from the University of Virginia and a J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law. Mr. Valle has extensive litigation and employment law experience, including trial, appellate, and mediation and arbitration experience. Mr. Valle has litigation experience at the state and federal levels, including matters such as contract disputes and non-competition agreement enforcement. His clients have included manufacturers, restaurants, staffing services, nursing homes and other assisted living/health care facilities, retail stores, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, hotels, auto dealerships, distributors, service providers in a variety of industries and other entities and individuals.

Mr. Valle has drafted, reviewed, and conducted training on discrimination/ harassment policies and other employment policies. Mr. Valle is also experienced in handling matters under USERRA, EPA, FLSA, and FMLA. Mr. Valle’s employment litigation experience includes non-competition agreement enforcement; summary judgment dismissals of ADA disability discrimination, Title VII gender discrimination, and retaliation claims; favorable rulings from the EEOC and state agencies with respect to charges brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and corresponding state civil rights laws; coordinating client responses to governmental investigations and management of client responses to federal and local grand jury document subpoenas; and confirmation of a favorable NASD arbitration award in a race/national origin discrimination and retaliation matter.

Mr. Valle works regularly with the Hispanic Business Council of the Greater Indianapolis and is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the National Employment Law Council, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association. He recently completed service as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Indianapolis-based Connect2Help. Mr. Valle is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
