| Edward A. Fallone received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Spanish Language and Literature from Boston University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University where he was the Articles Editor of the Boston University Law Review. Mr. Fallone is an Associate Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Maryland and the District of Columbia. His professional memberships include the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, American Bar Association and Phi Delta Phi (Honorary Member). Mr. Fallone has extensive experience providing advice and counsel in matters involving securities fraud, shareholder derivative lawsuits and healthcare fraud, including “whistleblower” lawsuits.
