Proprietary Information and Trade Secrets: Establish and improve clientsâ€™ internal technology, proprietary information and trade secret protection programs. Our attorneys conduct intellectual property audits and due diligence reviews. Licensing: Structure, prepare and negotiate a variety of licenses and other technology transactions.
