Equal Opportunities and Employment Litigation: Significant experience in defending corporations in connection with virtually every type of equal opportunity and employment-related claim including, claims under the ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA and state law.

Counseling: Assist clients in compliance with the wide range of state and federal equal opportunity and employment laws.

Collective Bargaining and Arbitration: Expertise in negotiating collective bargaining agreements with a host of labor organizations. Arbitration of claims under collective bargaining agreements and alternative dispute procedures.

Employee Benefits: Involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of various employee benefit plans. Counseled on pension and 401(k) plans, COBRA issues, ERISA matters, health insurance, cafeteria plans, and disability plans. Extensive experience working with the federal and state Family and Medical Leave Acts and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
